SUMMARY
The software that I am currently using is Autodesk Revit Architecture 2024 and AutoCAD. My background in the architectural field began as a draftsman and I progressively moved up to Project Architect/Project Manager. I began to utilize AutoCAD as a drafting/design tool in 1987 with Release 9 and gradually progressed to Architectural Desktop. In 2006 I began to develop my skills with Revit. Through the years, I have developed a high level of proficiency using the computer in my design work.

Project Architect for “Foster High School Renovation and Addition” project. Project cost estimation is set at $35,000,000.
2015-2017 Miles Yanick & Company, Poulsbo, WA
Completed construction drawings for a program that has been serving the homeless to a facility that aims to develop a live-in program that will transition clients to productive members of society. Developed schematic drawings for the addition of a new narthex of an existing church. Took over the project management of a community center when the previous project manager took ill.
2012-2015 Avis Design Studio, Inc.
Set up office and standards for small architectural firm. Practice has consisted of residential, small commercial projects, along with consulting for other architectural firms.

Design new homes and alterations for existing homes. Draw construction drawings for submittal to the building department.

My firm subcontracted with large architectural firms in Honolulu to provide the design, construction drawings and construction administration for restaurants and resort hotels.

Drafting for Permit Ready Package
Drawing package will include: Cover Sheet, Site Plan (Residential Lot), Floor Plans, Exterior Elevations, Building Sections, Interior Elevations, Door and Window Schedules, Details. Structural drawings will be done using the Prescriptive Method.
The architect will meet with the client to determine the needs and scope of the project. A unique design is developed and approved by the client. The finished drawing package will be the same as above.
As required for building permit
Hourly rate of $65.00 for Drafting/Design Services for drawing Site Plans, making site visits, meeting with building officials and other related tasks.
